Equipping the people on the front lines.

Good to know.
Who can request a training?
Schools, healthcare and behavioral-health organizations, employers, faith and civic groups, and community partners across Starke County can all request training. If you’re not sure whether your group is a fit, reach out and we’ll talk it through.
Do trainings offer continuing education credit?
Some do, depending on the topic and the credentialing body involved. When you request a training, we’ll tell you up front whether CE credit is available for that session and audience.
Is there a cost?
Most trainings are offered free to local organizations, supported through the coalition’s grant funding. If a specialized training carries a materials or certification cost, we’ll make that clear before scheduling.
Can you tailor a training to our organization?
Yes. We regularly adapt content to a specific audience, combine topics, and adjust the length to fit your schedule — from a lunch-and-learn to a full in-service day.
Where do trainings take place?
Usually at your site, so it’s easy for your team to attend. We can also host at a shared community venue or coordinate a session tied to a monthly coalition meeting.
