Community Grants

Have an idea to help Starke County? Let's fund it.

Each year the Hub Coalition awards community grants to local efforts that advance prevention, recovery, and wellness. If your organization has a project that strengthens our community, we want to hear about it — the process is straightforward, and we’re here to help you through it.

The process

Four steps from idea to funded.

01

Become a member

Grants support coalition member agencies. Membership is free — if you're not a member yet, join first (it takes just a few minutes).

02

Check eligibility

Review the guidelines to confirm your project fits — what's fundable, who qualifies, and what's expected of grantees.

03

Submit your application

Tell us about your project, who it serves, and what you'd use the funding for. We'll confirm we received it.

04

Review & award

The coalition reviews applications and notifies applicants. Awarded projects agree to simple reporting on how funds were used.

Before you apply

What you'll want on hand.

Having these ready makes the application quick to complete. Don’t have everything? Reach out — we’d rather help you apply than see you hold back.
